优点Merit
节省土地：由于一般大都市的市区地皮价值高昂，将铁路建于地底，可以节省地面空间，令地面地皮可以作其他用途；Economize land: A railroad is built in underground , can economize floor space since in general Metro downtown area ground value is expensive,make floor ground not bad work other use;
