ways to study English more efficiently
I'm Li Hua from Xin Hua Middle school. lately I won the first prize in an English competition held by our school. many of my classmates extended their congratuations, meanwhile, they asked me if there are any ways to study English more efficiently. Here I'd like to share some pieces of my experience and I hope it will do some help.
First, I always take part in the English corner. It gives me a lot of help. when I talk with others, I get more and more practice reviewing the useful words and expressions. Besides that, I can be acquainted with others' spoken English, which means another way of listening practice.
In the second place, I keep it as a habit to write English diary. when you were writing a diary, you were writing a short composition which recorded something funny or meaningful that had happened. While you were writing this composition, you should write it both coherently and well-expressed.
The last but not least is searching for some English websites such as Enjoy Reading. The contexts of passages on this website have a wide range, which will give you varied back knowledge of both science and art. And you can learn more new words here.

My experience of learning English after class

I'm glad i have won the first prize in the English Contest, which completely contributes to my after-class English learning.
I often take part in the English Corner and practice speaking English. There are many participants in the corner and we can talk about any topics in English. By doing this, I have improved my pronunciation and intonation. Most important of all, I have conquered my shyness and timidness. I can talk to anybody boldly in English. So I didn't feel nervous in the contest at all.
At the same time I insist on keeping diaries in English every day. I will try my best to bring what I have learnt to use. Thus my knowledge has been reviewed and enlarged.
I also visit English reading websites to read much. Learning English depends on reading widely and largely. Those sites provide many English articles of all levels and I can find appropriate ones to read. The dictionary in the computer can help me deal with the new vocabulary quickly. Therefore I benefit much from the reading.
Above are my three main learning methods of learning English after class. They are helpful and convenient to me. I hope they are also beneficial for you.
