I'm sorry about that couldn't attend your party for some reason.
To tell the truth, my mum was ill so I have to look after her to make her cure.
She is too old to look after herself .I hope you can forgive this.
I'm here to celebrate your party. These years ,thanks to your help and educate.
I'm so glad to be a friend of you. Because of you ,I learned to study hard to improve myself and learn from other .Without you, I think my life would become boring nad meaningless.

As what people always says"No sports, no life". Nowadays the people who live in city easy to gain weight. It's because their eating habies is not for for the health and they dont have time to do exercise as well. Therefore, the best way to keep fit is taking more exercises and have health diet at the same time. In big city it's hard to find place to do exercise, but still you can see lots of young people go skateboarding on the sideway. There are lots of way to keep healthy as long as you want to try.
