Healthy and Exercise
If you ask me how to keep healthy,I can tell you some ways. For example,you should exersice everyday. It's important to be healthy and it's easy to have healthy. As you can see ,I am more athletic than most of the kids in my class. And I like sports,you know.As for sports ,I like badminton and basketball. I often play them with my friends after school. Finally,I hope you have a good body.
Healthy Diet
I am pretty healthy,beacause I have a good eating habit. I usually eat fruits before I eat meals. Eating fruits is good for my healthy. When I eat meals I try to eat a lot of vegetables. And I drink milk everyday, although I don't like milk. I never drink coffee. Of course,I love junk food too, and I eat it three of four times a month. And my healthy lifestyle helps get good grades and study better!
